Lifebook is my first ever self-improvement programme. We found each other in a very apt moment in my life as I was recovering from emotional and physical burn-out from a 12-year career which I had quit and was looking to reset and re-invent my life.
I was never one to click on my Facebook ads but I happened to click on Jon & Missy's Masterclass Mindvalley ad in January 2021 and here I am today, 6 weeks later, sharing my story after writing the 12 categories of my Lifebook. I have gone through most of my life having visions/goals & strategies in my head but not always on paper. There is a different kind of empowerment when it's written down on paper and your words look back at you.
I also never had a holistic, 12-category smart life. Now, I do thanks to Jon & Missy and the Lifebook! I will be forever grateful to Jon & Missy and am excited to watch my re-invented life unfold before me.
