"Before this program I doubted my coaching skills."

Before this program I doubted my coaching skills I learned - some impostor syndrome. I felt like I needed to work harder in the sessions, and produce amazing aha moments.
What I learned was that my foundation is excellent, and reflects some of the science Coach Meg taught. I also learned several methodologies like Declipse and OAR to help me coach with more effectiveness. I learned I don't have to work harder, just smarter and more confidently. I learned how to build my clients' confidence, as well as my own.
 I'll be more confident, effective.
