Through this program, I've learnt great ways to shift the overwhelming emotions through naming them and giving them compassion. Another big thing that I have held onto is the brain's need for deep focus (something that I give my brain a lot of) and deep restoration (something I don't necessarily do). So I started practicing things with a different intention - my morning movement, I shifted from 'this is something I have to do' to 'this is something I get to do that's going to make me feel good', I've revisited meditation that lapsed, I've tried to hold things lightly. And I have invested time daily in simply letting my mind wander - giving it the ability to simply 'be'. I can see how this will help me to help others.

Before this program, I was feeling incredibly burnt out, to the extent that my brain even felt swollen and I was struggling to hold onto memories (short term).
