I am at a starting phase as a Life Coach and joined Margaret Moore's program hoping to learn more about a different method to approach the Life Coaching profession. When I joined, I did not expect it to be the "A-ha!" moment I experienced. Connecting the dots between science and the art of coaching helped me find a better way of approach while coaching my clients. I am very grateful for this revelation that came at the right moment. Now I feel better equipped to have a proper relational flow and lead my clients through the journey to taking action and maintaining healthier habits.
