From this Robin Sharma, and somewhat combined with BEN GREENFIELD and JIM KWIK videos, my morning routine has incorporated the "Wake up at 5am...make your bed...clear mind time...move your body a bit (no pressure)...drink water...write down dreams...take COLD shower...Make GRATITUDE LIST. The idea of a "clearer mind time" before the sun rises is just inspirational for me. Thank you for these many tips and more.
