1. I own my days by changing my morning habits. I have gained a sense of ownership over my life and the way I want to live it.
2. I am building the courage to show my work. For more than 2 decades I have been touching people in deep and transformative ways - every time I am in my element. But I did not have enough courage to unleash my gifts to extend my reach. I am finally doing it. 3. I am a trail runner and an orienteering athlete.
For the past 4 years, I have been experiencing different injuries and pain that almost lead me to stop doing what I love.
Since I’ve started this quest, the pain went away and I’ve been experiencing more progress than ever with my running routines.
This is my best example of how light and at peace, I feel and how much this is impacting many dimensions of my life. For all of this, I am profoundly thankful!
