“I am now more positive, energetic, creative and more loving than I was 66 days ago”

In addition, meditating in the morning and reading or re-reading some of Robin's books in the evening, I started the 20/20/20 with all the journaling content learned, included gratitude rewiring of the brain, which I focused on. I think during this period, it helped me as an ex-military/ veteran to get out of the circle of scanning for threats. I was already a long way on the road, doing Yoga for the last 7 years, but I will definitely continue this as I now see that this will give me the result, that I wish for the next part of my life.

I am now more positive, energetic, creative and more loving than I was 66 days ago. Continuing on this journey into the future and deepening into my spiritual life!
