"I am hoping to learn how to develop that commitment to change"

Before this programme started I was doing some development work. I had started to do some coaching to learn how to imoprive and to help improve the lives of those who worked with me. But I was conscious that I wanted to be better, better, better, I wanted to make a difference.
I wanted to lead better and I wanted to inspire better. I am hoping to learn how to develop that commitment to change
