Before this program, I was battling severe anxiety, insecurity and guilt/shame over having struggled to start a new life in Germany after getting married. I had moved to Europe for love from Asia where I had lived for over a decade to be with my husband, but was unable to find my feet while grieving a loss of identity, community, career and independence. My marriage barely made it to the second anniversary and my health and well being was at an all time low, with limited and uninspiring options, little motivation and a ton of feelings of unworthiness. After months of pain I decided to take a new position offered by my previous employer in Taiwan and leave Germany and my marriage.
I have decided to take this program as a means to reconnect with myself and my goals all while preparing myself for the position and responsibility I am about to begin. There are conditioned and harmful beliefs and mindsets that were brought to the surface over my two year marriage that I need to replace on my journey back to my self love, self reliance and self actualization. I want nothing more than to be my own Shero, Genius and Legend once again. Today is Day 1!
