How my life has changed in the last 30 days? The 5 am club is amazing - I wake up early and have time for my morning routine. I feel more energized. My body Is craving exercise in the mornings. I'm in much better shape now.
10-15 minute biohack workouts make a huge difference.
My relationship with my son improved a lot. I learned how to set goals and achieve them. I'm more focused and aware. I'm more productive (deep work). I don't need to be busy all the time now and finally have time to live.
Even after 30 days, I see a lot of changes in me. Mindvalley helped me improve different aspects of my life.. I'm planning to continue this personal self-development journey with Mindvalley as there are still many fascinating courses I would like to take.
