"Today I am a consultant for a start-up with my own team and I am applying all that I have learned and gone through"

It’s been 5 years ago that I wanted to transition my career from a marketer to a product manager. I took the initiative in building towards that goal by having my very own start-up. Unfortunately, I wasn’t agile enough to sustain such an initiative - the website pretty much was maintained only to act as a placeholder for my resume during that period of my life. I thought my mistakes were ‘maybe because I did this alone?’ Or ‘maybe I didn’t have the right funds or poor planning from my part’. I invested in myself and did my reading, went to acquire a certification in product management.
Today I am a consultant for a start-up with my own team and I am applying all that I have learned and gone through. Things are going great but I feel like it can get better if only I had the drive and direction.
