I am just 20 days in the program and I could feel the difference after practicing the daily 20 /20/20 formula. I am now more peaceful, positive and happy. I am sure it would be a great journey when I complete the full quest.

When I hit age 65, it was as though I hit the "reset" button, and just wanted to keep climbing!! I'm in the "Hero. Genius. Legend" program for that very reason - to sharpen-up my life as I move on to age 100. Then, at 100, I might think about retiring.
