"This program motivated me inspired me to take a good look in my life and evaluate everything that I was (not) doing"

When I started this quest, I wrote the “What I (don't) want” document and posted it. In this document I made a statement: “I don’t want to give in to the increasing lure of the comfort zone.” I am 66 now and I realized that the temptation of the comfort zone was slowly increasing and that the comfort zone was turning into a comfort trap that would eventually stop every physical, mental, spiritual, … growth in my life.
This program motivated me inspired me to take a good look in my life and evaluate everything that I was (not) doing. I was already doing strength training, intermittent fasting,… but thanks to this quest I was able to take it to the next level.
I learned about morning rituals, conscious eating, … and I’m finding a way to implement them.
The program also opened my eyes. I looked at people of my age (and older) and I noticed that a lot of them had fallen in the comfort trap and so I promised myself that I would not go that way.
I also realize that growth does not end with this program but requires constant action and consciousness.
