"The biggest change for me was to develope a regular fitness routine"

In the quest "Health and Body Mastery" I have learned each week easy and profound steps of healthy lifestyle changes that sum up over time to big results. This results will last a lifetime, because it is not only my body that has changed, but my whole mindest has changed towards a healthier being.
The biggest change for me was to develope a regular fitness routine. In the gym I now move heavier weights and focus more on my muscle movement and inner body. I pay attention to nothing but my own body. The sensory overload of everyday life no longer exists during my fitness routine. 
 As a result I have noticed how my mood is changing. I feel more joyful and happy after each day in the gym. I feel more strong and confident than I thought. I feel more grounded, more embodied and I feel more at home in my body. 
 No one can take this indescribable experience away from me. I grow by pushing my own boundaries. 
 And the pride and joy remain.
