I started to explore with food and exercise. I stocked my kitchen with all of the essential tools and accessories to prepare my own meals and enrolled in an online whole foods cooking class that taught me different ways to cook food along with essential knife cutting skills. Including friends on my adventures made my new passion exciting, fulfilling, and fun.
As for exercise, when work became the main priority, I would slack off on exercise and work for hours upon hours with no boundaries. A lifestyle of high stress and little rest continued for years. My choice to live downtown without a vehicle was a saving grace. Walking was my preferred method of travel. 8 mile power walks on the trails on the weekends and a 17 block walk each way to the grocery store each week for food was my exercise routine.
In April of 2022 I wrote in my journal that I needed to find mentors to get me to the next level of personal development. In June, I would come across a MindValley Infomercial for The Silva Ultramind quest that led me the mentors I had been seeking.
Before this program (Health and Body Mastery) I had completed Certified Holobody Coach (2023) and attended the Supercoach Summit and Mind Valley University in Tallin Estonia (2024). I also participated in other programs with my initial Mind Valley membership beginning in 2022. (Wildfit (164lbs-140lbs), 10X Coach (140lbs-152lbs), Lifebook)
All of these programs have been so well thought out and put together. They provide you with a wealth of knowledge in a framework that’s effective for acquiring the skills needed to achieve the expected results. These courses have allowed me to have a conscious relationship with food and my body. I now have a conscious awareness of how I live my life and how I show up for others.
Thanks to this program, I have finally found a way to put all of the pieces of the puzzle together.
My greatest challenges come in the areas of mindfulness and stress. Throughout this course, these teachings allowed me to make breakthroughs and progress into a better state of wellbeing.

Dr. Momo Vuyisich – Viome’s revolutionary program for optimizing your gut microbiome health.
I am just beginning to take my supplements, prebiotics and probiotics and have already begun to notice an increase in my energy levels. Looking forward to having this as a tool to improve my overall gut health and immunity as well as for future clients.
And now I am excited to continue my journey with greater confidence in myself and in my ability to help others find fulfilment, meaning, and purpose along their journey.
