After 22 years as a teacher, the stress caused me to have a heart attack, at only 51 years old, and always fit and physically healthy. So this program was a godsend.
The exercises, especially the Anchor and the practices of changing my inner dialogue were especially helpful. And Paul McKenna has a communication style that is both soothing and charismatic. He makes you want to do the exercises again and again, besides the fact that they truly work.
My whole family is asking me why I am so calm, even though I just moved to a city in another country, and have to deal with in-laws who are not always helpful, and no job yet to replace a 22 year old career. I know now that I have the tools to keep my motivation afloat, stay calm and be gently joyful, no matter the circumstances. Responsibility is one of the pillars of making oneself happy and serene, and I feel not only responsible, but successful! Relaxed alertness is my most consistent state now.
A state I never imagined I could be in, consistently, yet here I am! Eternally grateful and so happy with the results of this Quest.
