Paul provides easy to implement stress busting tools that immediately started helping me relieve years of built up stress, and by helping prevent it from building up again. Starting right from Day 1 of the Quest, Paul introduces the daily lesson with easy to understand introductions, research and facts that help frame the stress busting technique to follow. These are simple yet powerful techniques that you can start implementing into daily life immediately. Some of them I enjoy doing with my eyes open throughout the day when life happens to strike. No one knows any different and I feel amazing. The quest is very well laid out, to the point and easy to follow along. Paul’s overall flow is wonderful and his energy and passion will uplift you to stay on track and keep you moving forward each and every day. I really enjoyed the hypnotic track that is provided in the warm up exercises that you incorporate into your day. I looked forward to fitting it into my schedule each and every day, and even listened to it at different times (morning/afternoon/evening) for a different experience. It was an essential tool in providing a mental positivity boost. This quest has changed my relationship with stress. I feel more equipped to handle whatever comes at me and being a full time paramedic and firefighter, stress tends to follow me around. After completing this Quest my overall well-being has improved immensely. I would highly recommend this Quest to everyone. I caught myself thinking “everyone needs to hear this” all throughout the lessons. During this time of the Covid pandemic, our minds are overwhelmed and overworked. We not only have to keep our everyday life together as best we can, but we also have to do the same for our families and having to do so in a constant state of worry and fear.
