"It is the best thing I have done in a long time"

Before the everyday bliss programme I had taken time off & was overloaded & tired out, there were an accumulation of life events & then the pandemic which forced me to stop & have time to re-evaluate my life & how I was living- was I actually living my best life? I am a procrastinator- I am amazing & proactive at helping others but was so busy doing that I forgot that I need to invest in me. whilst on some time out from work I was browsing & registered to watch Paul McKenna & Vishna discussing the havening technique & ways to support & manage how we deal with stress, something just resonated with me, I registered for the Everyday Bliss 21 day course, it is the best thing I have done in a long time, I haven’t had a holiday in 5 years & this feels like I have given myself a holiday from the negative ways & responses I have developed & lived with for a long time- the live zoom calls every Sunday were amazing & Paul answered some of my questions on the live call which was so helpful. The tribe are brilliant- supportive to each other, open & welcoming & although distance may be between us we are all there together to be our best selves & utilise the techniques to support & understand ourselves better. Tonight 4 hours after the last zoom call & last day of the quest, I have a feeling of excitement that I haven’t had in a very long time- thank you Paul McKenna for the immeasurable help & thank you to the pandemic for forcing me to stop & take a look in the mirror- I feel I’m getting myself back.
