The hypnotic trance has worked wonders to raise my energy level, feeling refreshed waking up, and then taking me to levels of relaxation and awareness I had yet to experience despite many years of meditative practice!
It has dawned on me that my dad’s passing is an opportunity to free myself from familial entanglements and heal from childhood trauma. The psychosensory techniques taught have proven surprisingly efficient at it.
Reading over my journaling notes makes me realise what my true life priorities are and how to positively and softly continue transforming into the person I choose to become. I love the zen reminder of first focusing on being, as I now know from experience that everything flows beautifully to and from a high vibrational state of being. Cultivating joy and gratitude on a daily basis, emptying the cup of what drains me, filling my cup first by resting more (my heart’s whisper as I put my hand over it) and prioritising what makes me happy is how I am choosing to live my life as of now. The Big Mind practice at the end of the quest is taking me back to my zen practice so it all comes full circle.
I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Paul and the great human beings who have invented these wonderful techniques to become more resilient, relaxed and open-hearted beings. All is well, bliss to all.
