Before this program I didn’t know much about energy medicine but all types of treatment interest me, so I decided to take this class and boy am I glad I did! On week 6 of this class I pulled my mid trapezius muscle transferring a patient, and could not move my neck, could not raise my arms. However after 3 days of physiotherapy I was fine to go back to work. Now I know that is in part to the physical therapists that helped me, but I do believe it is also because I was doing the daily energy routine and it had helped to to align my energies so I could heal faster. I LOVE the energy dance routine and will be incorporating them into my weekend morning routine or evening routine or maybe both! I have bought some books on energy medicine and will be continuing my studies on this topic. This was a great quest and I’m glad I did when I did!
