I have been on a conscious spiritual journey for some years now and discovered Donna Eden, as a result of trying to find alternative solutions to improve my health, and that of my family. I was already doing the DER before starting the course. The course has given me additional tools and additional knowledge on how the body works. It's been am enlightening course and together with other spiritual practices, it has made me a lot calmer, less prone to negativity and panic.
