I was introduced to Donna Eden's Energy Medicine three months prior to registering for this course so I already was doing the daily routine almost every day. It has given me a positive flow back into taking care of myself and I also given me the opportunity to meditate and "journey" as I'm doing the steps! Taking this class has been a big help in understanding the dynamics behind the routine and I am very excited to expand my awarenesses on this subject and have this be a permanent part of my life.
