I took training years ago and used to use energy medicine to work on horses so I know how well it can work. I'm a bit of a workaholic and now that my body is starting to hurt and I'm dealing with a few things (weight gain, fatigue and brain fog) I'm finally realizing that I need to heal myself as well if I am going to keep going like this and have anything left for the people (and horses) in my life...
