What I have learnt from this program is the idea of locking the energy field that makes me feel safe and secure and creates an impact for the whole day. I feel strong and guarded. I now know the power of suggestions and that is too, self suggestions with active visualization can do wonders.

Getting in a flow and creating different dance movements to keep the flow is amazing.
