My friend had a house up for rental for over 8 months. We went to see it and when we left I saw the sign and decided to put a bubble as I had learned with Jeffrey, and anchor it. Ten days later I went over for a coffee and my friend says" Great news! I rented the house" How was that for efficiency? love to all, Cris
