I started Jeffery Allens ‘Duality’ course with Mindvalley having signed up to one of his masterclasses. I just clicked with the exercises we were given to do and I knew I had to do the course. Some parts were not easy and I experienced periods of personal growth totally unexpected but gladly received. Jeffery taught us how to circumvent these once we were aware, we were in a period of growth. 
The course has given me a lot more confidence and Jeffery was easy to follow, it just seemed so natural. I like the way there is no set ‘right’ way to feel, see etc. 

For me dealing with charged emotions, clearing one’s belief system and developing neutrality with amusement helped me change my mindset for the better. 
I also appreciated the different way to connect and have discussions with one’s spirit guide.

This definitely is a course I would recommend to anyone wanting to develop further in any manner - be it a newbie to energy work or somebody with experience. The weekly zoom connect was a definite asset to the course where one is not recorded and everything goes resulting in a lot of information being shared, to everyone’s benefit. Working with other members of the course was inspiring and rewarding. A course not to be missed. Jeffery Allen has really inspired me to follow my heart.
