I have become an entirely new person with learning new ways and skills to manage my energy. I am less irritable, more patient, less absorbent of others emotions, more confident and overall happier and healthier thanks to Jeffrey and duality. I feel free and happy and I’m able to connect with my loved ones and even strangers if I want too, in a healthier way, it helped me shape my boundaries with energy and I look forward to practicing, sharing and learning more on Mindvalley !
