“I now know what tools to use to get back into harmony again.”

From the very beginning I wasn't sure I wanted to join the course at all as I have previously done a lot of energy work with other teachers. Anyway, I am glad I did join as Jeffrey Allen have done a fantastic work in making 
a difficult concept easy to understand, using modern days examples and parallels.
This is a skill that not many teachers have mastered. 
As a result of the course I feel more balanced and centered. If I get out of balance I now know where to go and what tools to use to get back into harmony again.
The meditations are easy to learn and I now do my own version every morning to get a powerful start of the day.
About myself, I am originally from Sweden but I live on a South Pacific island called Samoa. I met a local girl that tied me to a coconut tree 23 years ago…
Currently I am a co-founder of WildFire - A Social Media Relationship site delivering the South Pacific Love and Romance to the world.
