When I first saw Jeffrey Allen online, I knew that what he was talking about was exactly what I felt I needed. I was in the post-divorce period, everything was on me. Loans, expenses, children, job, my thoughts in my head. This was the opportunity to go through learning and understanding myself - my energy, I immediately grabbed with both hands.
