I diligently practiced all kinds of ways to increase my access to energy, higher knowledge, abundance, since I was a child in the 70's, but I was overwhelmed and did not know how to deal with it all and was isolated as a freak for much of my life, so I ended up trying to just shut it all down and "be normal". You can imagine how disastrous that turned out. But Jeffrey has given us clear, quick, easy, powerful tools with no fluff, judgement, fanfare or moral bs.
