I diligently practiced all kinds of ways to increase my access to energy, higher knowledge, abundance, since I was a child in the 70's, but I was overwhelmed and did not know how to deal with it all and was isolated as a freak for much of my life, so I ended up trying to just shut it all down and "be normal".
