When this course came across my path, I knew it would help. And I have not been disappointed. I was so hungry for the information that I crammed through the lessons in the beginning doing several lessons in one day. Then I experienced a "Bad growth period" just like Jeffrey explained in the beginning. Thank goodness he did, because I was able to simply step back, engage in intense self care and "run my energy" until it passed.
This energy work is REAL! Jeffry helped me identify, that I had been living out of balance with my energetic and physical self. I was one of those who only wanted to be a spirit, but ironically enough, now I have a new appreciation for my physical body and how important it is to be balanced in both. So Grateful!
In the final meditation when we have a conversation with a guide, I was shocked and amazed to see and hear my teacher, that had been absent for so long! She helped me understand, that she never left, I had just stopped connecting. What a wonderful way to graduate from this program! Jeffrey Allen has created a thorough and Masterful class. I will be using these meditations for the rest of my life! Thank you, thank you, thank you.
