The story I want to share with you is still writing and growing. The story I tell you now may change along with the changes I am goiIng trough thanks to the courses off Mindvalley. Duality was my first course from Mindvalley. Before I started I had a very long road of developing and growing in many areas of my life. I have a history of learning and applying alternative healing methods, including Reiki. Always I felt something missing and I came across a video of Jeffrey Allen. I instantly enrolled and every lesson was an eyeopener and every lesson I had breaktrhoughs and Aha moments. Jeffrey is a wonderfull teacher and I never felt judged, but always supported, even If I thought I made mistakes.. My old beliefs were rapidly transformed and old wounds cleared. It happend very fast and I went trhough a lot of growth pains. To handle these was a challenge every time and not easy. But at the end I came out on top! I know that there is much more to learn and there are many more layers of old stuff for me to find and clear. So I go back to his lessons every day when a subject comes up and discover a different aspect and layer that I can heal and apply immediately. The beauty of it all is that every time a topic is being taught in the lesson, this same topic is brought before me in my own life and a person finds his way to me to get help with that very same topic. This way I get to practice a lot everything I learn. This Duality course has opened up new ways to heal myself and others and I am very eager to continue with everything that Jeffrey teaches and others in Mindvalley. I realise I have a long way to go yet and find myself in a very difficult family pattern that is painfull to go trough and heal, but thanks to the tools I am still alive and have confidence that I can do this, that I can heal from this pain and live my full potential when I only allow myself to receive and grow.
