Ever since I learned about self-actualisation in a counselling course, I've been hooked. I want to find out who I really am, and who else I can. So far I've done all sorts so far: counselling (on both sides),an arts therapies foundation course, lots of sandtrays, an Arts for change course, NLP, numerology, and then Mindvalley masterclasses. It's been a fascinating journey, and I've learned so much about myself and about how many ways there are of seeing/experiencing the same things. Now, with Duality, I feel I'm on the threshold of a whole new piece of work. There is so much I don't know, and I look forward to exploring a new world.

Things are better now although I do have some joints that need to heal. But the course is helping with that. I especially feel the rose exercise giving a boundary to my aura as helpful especially in this time of coronavirus paranoia.
