Ever since I learned about self-actualisation in a counselling course, I've been hooked. I want to find out who I really am, and who else I can. So far I've done all sorts so far: counselling (on both sides),an arts therapies foundation course, lots of sandtrays, an Arts for change course, NLP, numerology, and then Mindvalley masterclasses. It's been a fascinating journey, and I've learned so much about myself and about how many ways there are of seeing/experiencing the same things. Now, with Duality, I feel I'm on the threshold of a whole new piece of work. There is so much I don't know, and I look forward to exploring a new world.

The best lesson I learned was grounding from Jeffrey Allen. I teach meditations and I had a live session on. A dog started barking incessantly, I was able to ground it in a live audience. It was amazing!
