I am currently studying Reflexology and one of my fellow students arranged an evening with an Energy Healer who would teach us tips on grounding etc. I not only attended the Workshop but I also I had healing myself. I realized from speaking to the Healer that I had the ability to do this and she gave me some advice on how to get started and incorporate this into my reflexology.
I also found the healing session I received has benefited me greatly. I want to know as much as possible about this fascinating subject so I can help other people.
