Before enrolling in the Duality Quest I was inspired to connect with my higher self. As a young child I "knew" inside that the spirits were around. To connect to energy in this way, I believed it would assist me in my journey to achieve my dreams. Now, as one who leads actions most often within my personal circles, at times I find it difficult to receive guidance as other humans are not quite at the level I wish to perform at. Spiritual guidance has been my solace in understanding higher truths. Living from the heartspace, sharing compassion and tuning into nature keeps my body strong and fit.
While studying in the Duality Quest, with Jeffery Allen, I felt reassurance that this way of life is special. While in the dream state, Jeffery even visited me to teach me about healing with light energy. Utilizing the Toroidal field, the energy of a client's aura and the combination of a pair of healers the experience highlighted using momentum and drag to cultivate energy. The built up energy was then repurposed, transmuting it for healing the individual. This experience was documented through my watercolour paint-art practise and shared with the Duality Community online. Extras such as this — learning ethereally — could be an improved state of education that we can utilize to assist our populations from a distance. Knowing the importance of setting boundaries, self care and sharing information with others has motivated me to continue my journey forward. Forwards as a healer, an artist, a leader and teacher. Today, I have found better routine in my life, a change in my diet, my thought patterns are positively improving all in conjunction with my intuition becoming enhanced. The conversations with my guides are smooth. When we flow together, happiness beams in all directions. A rainbow star am I. Truly things glow when the timing is right.
Thanks to this Duality Quest I feel lighter inside. My life path is clear. Feelings of satisfaction, happiness and true familial love are finding their way into my life again.
