"I would recommend this course to everyone who is looking to balance the spirit and physical sides of their lives"

I was drawn to taking this program after seeing a MindValley promotional clip of Jeffrey telling the story of how he used his intuition and listened to his spirit guides when they were telling him to buy a new car. He struggled with the advice but followed it anyway which ended up being the best advice ever. He could not see the reason why at the time he received the advice but went with his intuition. He then explained that his course would show students how to tune into their intuition and spirit guides in their own lives. This prompted me to join MindValley and I just completed the Jeffery's Duality course.

I had to move through the course at my own pace (I believe they want you to do one lesson per day) as the concepts were very deep and I wanted to ensure I understood each lesson before I moved onto the next. Jeffery supported this by explaining to students not to look for an "exact" result but that using the tools would feel a little different to each student. He said to stay within the guardrails of the concepts and look for what feels right for you. This really helped me.

I have to say that before I took the course I felt I used my intuition and spirit guides at a very elementary level. I now have been able to take these abilities to the next level by using the tools Jeffery taught throughout the course. This has been really helpful for me as I am going through a growth period/period of uncertainty right now and the tools are keeping me grounded, open, and focused. I would recommend this course to everyone who is looking to balance the spirit and physical sides of their lives. As Jeffery says everyone has these abilities (it comes with being human) you just sometimes need a little help with the accessing part of it.
