I have been a seeker of truth and a healer all of my life. In my early 50's, I lived through a period of time that included many difficult life experiences. I "got" the message "Finish reclaiming yourself and see what follows." Other words for this intention include "digging for my bones" and "landing." I've been in this process for several years now, and I signed up for this class because I appreciate Jeffrey's energy and his life process.
