Hands down the best program I have undertaken so far. I have so much more peace and a better understanding about myself and my energy body; the energy available to me; I can now handle stressful situations in a calm and focused manner. Jeffrey is so inspirational. HIs style of teaching and delivery of the information is second to none. Each session is packed with information, tips, advice and a wonderful meditation. If you are not sure where to start at Mindvalley I suggest Duality.
