Duality has had a deep impact on my life.
I had to go through it more than once, as at the beginning, even if logically I could understand the concepts explained, I had a lot of resistance towards my awakening and low self-esteem, procrastinating myself.
Things then started to shift and funny enough, I received recognition from family and friends telling me how different it was to be around me and filling me with compliments on how radiant I am now.
So here I am, doing another round of this program as the more I follow the teachings of Jeff Allen more subtle understanding I get.
