Before Duality, I insisted in following straight line logical thinking. I had been living up to the expectations of my parents and elders. I was unaware of the greatness inside of me. At least I had been successful in ignoring my guides and intuition. I think I had lost my trust in them. Also, I was not really very in touch with my physical body.
During the Duality course, with all of the practices, I reconnected with so many wonder parts of me.
As I move forward from here, I feel renewed confidence if my Higher Self and my Guides. I have established a morning routine of meditation that I want to keep forever. I want to learn more about chakras and the Akashik Record. I am sure to revisit some of Jeff’s DUALITY lessons to reinforce and clarify the path that I am on.
Gratitude and deep appreciation are the emotions I feel when I remember and continue on this path.
