I’m not at all disappointed that I took the course. It was well designed and interesting. But I certainly had no breakthroughs or any noticeable change of any description and it was hard to stay motivated when hearing all these stories of other people finding it amazing and getting amazing results.
A little more support for those struggling would have been great to not get so disheartened by the lack of progress or results
