Duality

"I feel blessed and empowered"

Before Duality I handled superficially energy tools. As I studied and practice this quest, I acquired more awareness and could understand better my yoga exercises and sort of blended both knowledge. By the end of this quest I have great knowledge and tools to practice for myself and others. I recently healed a friend who had muscular contractions on his lower back (spinal cord). I feel blessed and empowered; but still know I have to practice more and repeat more times this quest because I want to master it. I loved it and have fun with it. Jeffrey is so sweet that it is very easy to fall in his enchantment and charm.
