Duality was exactly what I needed at this time in my life, and I am so grateful to Jeffery for his wise and gentle teachings. After taking several Mindvalley courses, and then going through one of the worst times of my life for several months recently, I was feeling frustrated by my inability to get past my fears and anxieties for the future no matter how hard I tried. Jeffery's teachings literally dissolved all of that, progressively over the weeks, and my emotional well-being is now filled with clear-eyed joy and excitement for the future.
It's really funny, because although I have been a member of Mindvalley these past two years and I reviewed the list of quests available to me, Duality was not on my radar at all. That is until I stumbled across a YouTube ad on a new favorite wholetones music video. You know, those ads that you have to watch the first five seconds of, then you can click on "skip" to move past it? There was Vishen talking to Jefferey about Duality, and I was drawn in to watch the entire ad, then excited to start the program! Of course such serendipity is becoming more and more commonplace as I complete the Mindvalley programs...
