Upon watching the initial introductory video from Jeffrey Allen, and applying the techniques, I could greatly feel the energy between my hands, so I visualized an energy ball, which I then directed into my heart. I immediately felt a surge of warmth and tingling all over, and so much joy, love, and ecstasy. I began to shed tears. Such a powerful and moving experience.
