"I have a better understanding of ME!"

I began Duality two years ago after retiring from working intimately with the female homeless population in our little town. 

Prior to Duality, I walked through Brandon Bays Journey course. 

Beginning the Duality course, I had no concept of the verbiage, meaning, or definition of any of these modes of energy. Not even sure if that sounded right :-) but, after getting the first glimpses and experience in understanding those glimpses, my life shifted.
 Over the course of a year and a half I was directed into a full-scale emotional, mental, physical and spiritual breakdown… Breakthrough :-)
 I am now in the folds of Gábor Máté’s course on Compassionate Inquiry.

I am looking forward to going through this course again with a friend, and actually engaging in the partner work and stretching my comfortability and getting involved with a group. I’m wanting to release my long held issues with group work ??
 So… hello!
 I am looking forward to alchemizing these truths and experiences into my daily life more effectively now that I have a better understanding of ME!♥️
