Before I started the Duality program, I had been searching for a way to harness my potential as a human being and live my best life. I felt so blessed to have all my basic needs met physically and emotionally, but I felt that there was something missing in my spiritual life and how to integrate my spiritual self with my physical self.
As soon as a saw Jeffery Allan after watching a video on YouTube speak about his Duality program, I could see his purity of heart and intention, and I was confident that he was the right person to help me integrate my mind, body and spirit into a practice that would make sense to me. I could not have been more correct in that feeling that lead me to sign up for Duality.
What the program did for me was to validate many of the inclinations I had at different times in my life to tap into my intuition. Jeffery helped validate so many of the intangible parts of myself that I had discounted, so by the end of the course, I felt integrated on body, mind and spirit. I absolutely loved how gently I felt guided through the program to find my feel as a person who is both physical, energetic, and spiritual.
At the end of the course, I was moved to tears when we were guided to tap into our spirit guides and out of no where, a dear, close friend of mine, who tragically died when my children were very small, came through gently as a presence to let me know that she was with me and had always been there with me. It was my grief which had prevented me from feeling her presence. I knew in that instance we were together now and would always be there to support each other. It was a beautiful reunion and it still brings me such delight and raw emotion to know that our love for each other is so strong and has never nor will ever be broken. Our spiritual connection to each other is eternal regardless of me being in my body/spirit and she being in her spirt/body.
The course left me feeling whole, validated and capable of further integration through the continued discovery of who I am on an energetic, spiritual and physical level and how these part of myself work together to make my life more fulfilling. I am going to enjoy reviewing the content in the course while also starting the next course with Jeffery Allen, "Unlocking Transcendence."
What is beautiful that I discovered is that we can be the light that shines bright in this world. Jeffery Allan's course gave me a positive focus as to how I can live joyfully so that I can shine that joy out into the world and positively impact my life and the lives of those around me. I realised through our own actions, one by one, we bring hope, love and kindness to ourselves, those we love, the people we come into contact with, and this ripple has a positive effect in creating a more gentle, kind and caring world.

Your kindhearted teaching, honesty, good nature, humour, and sincerity are refreshing and so welcome in a world that is so driven by the material, that we forget that what we can not see with the naked eye is equally as important in supporting us in living a satisfying and fulfilled life.
