I was always an overthinker, living a life of stress, speed, anxiety, everything had to be done "yesterday" because "today" is already late. I had a sense that this could not be the right way of living life because something was missing with too many ups and downs. The Duality program caught my eye when listening to Jeffrey for the first time with Vishen, where he spoke about energy and the way we wrongly perceive it. I always believed in energy like when trying to explain to patients the homeopathic remedies based on energy, and the majority can't understand because it's intangible. For me, I could feel it and sense it, and sometimes I knew things and wouldn't know why. After the Duality course, everything made sense and finally I could transcend my perception of things in life. My relationship with my four children grew. My anxiety, stress and understanding of myself improved, the way I interact and receive the other's energy also changed in a positive perspective and above all, I achieved peace within myself, where I don't force things to happen. I let things happen. I trust it. I'm happy in the present and is that feeling of plenitude that moves me in each step of my life. It's just a feeling "of" and I can't describe it fully with words. I'm so grateful to have this fantastic and amazing journey with Duality, and now I'm genuinely ready to learn more from other Quests from Mindvalley regarding different fields. There's always space for more learning. Thank you, Jeffrey Allen and Mindvalley, to have made part of my life in the right moment (when I was ready for the message)!
