First Of all , I would like to thank Dr. Shefali, I am really happy and honored to study this beautiful course with her! second I would like to celebrate my progress! I feel like I am a new mama to my kids, with totally a transformative mindset , I am not going to blame myself, because my kids were under my control and I misbehaved them, instead I will reward myself because now the parenting journey is clear for me, and I let my old baggage go..
