Thank you so much for this wonderful, life-changing and deeply healing experience. With great gratitude I bow in front of this wise and luminous woman, that is Dr. Shefali. I was deeply worried about my triggers and the aggressive behavior that came out unconsciously, about the emotional harm I was inflicting on my son. Although I was already on my spiritual path, I had great difficulty to changing my hurtful patterns and my emotional imbalance. In the 4th week of this course, I started to see amazing changes in me. I began to be more present, I began to take responsibility for how I was feeling and realized that my triggers had nothing to do with my son. I began to see him as my teacher and to be grateful for whatever he brought up in me. I began healing more and more from my own childhood traumas and the hurt that my mother caused me.
