Before consciousness parenting by Dr. Shefali, I was having a really hard time with my 3 year old daughter. I mean she’s only 3 years old, how hard can things be? I learned so much about myself and what was going on inside me . I was making it hard, it was me, my daughter is only a little human learning to be herself. I wanted Help her with that , but I was only hindering her and myself.
This course was life saving for me because it allowed me to let me guard down and connect with my daughter the way I wanted to and in the process I learned that I needed to work on myself in order to be a better mother and person overall.
